1. Has the knowledge on interpretation and understanding of chemical, enstrumental and pharmacological data.

2. Knows basic concepts about medicinal chemistry such as design of new drug molecules, drug-receptor interactions.

4. Effectively use the conventional and new sythetic methods.

5. Has the theoretical knowledge and appropriate skills on setting up laboratory installation and using laboratory equipment.

6. Has the knowledge on working safely in laboratory and guarding possible accidents in laboratory.

7. Bring solutions against unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the laboratory practices.

8. Use the electronic library facilities, chemical structure drawing programs and literature searching in computer as an expert.

9. Publish the results in a peer reviewed journals and present them in national/international meetings.

10. Have skills on studying in a research project, discussion of obtained results and prepare a report.
