D.9. Key Learning Outcomes

1. In addition to the learning outcomes of the master?s degree program, each student who succeed in completing this program is expected to comprehend the basic immunological principles and methods as well as the mechanisms involved in cancer development and various immune responses generated against different types of cancers in a multidisciplinary approach involving immunology, biochemistry and etiology

2. Each student is expected to successfully and correctly perform immunological and molecular techniques .

3. Each student is expected to know and apply the laboratory safety and accreditation rules and regulations related to immunology, and to obtain the necessary certificates.

4. Each student is expected to sensitively and completely accord with the ethical issues related to the field as well as to be able to work and take responsibilities as a member of the team.

5. Each student is expected to operate all devices and computer programs that may contribute to his/her scientific studies and to have the sufficient skills for basic troubleshooting.

6. Each student is expected to demonstrate a critical approach to the discussed methods in journal clubs, seminars to successfully express his/her thoughts.

7. Each student is expected to gain the necessary skills and competence in the preparation of presentations as well as to write scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals.
