1. Conducts innovative research on policy and strategy making for public problems while considering scientific and social ethics, and disseminate their findings to shareholders in both verbal and written discourse objectively and critically.

2. Understands and interprets the evidence based policy making approach and uses it in policy making processes

3. Has the necessary skills to make efficient use of analytical techniques in collecting quantitative and qualitative data for strategy making for public policies, and to process and interpret large-scale data by means of information technologies.
