Master's program of Pelvic Health and Women's Health Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation was created in order to respond to the training needs of physiotherapists working in the field of pelvic health and women's health, to raise graduates equipped with field-specific knowledge, skills and competencies, to create an environment for academic studies and to contribute to the development of the field.

Graduates who have completed this program can use their deepened and developed competencies at the level of expertise in clinical and academic studies at the various specialized areas of physiotherapy and rehabilitation and carry out advanced professional practice and research. Master's degree graduates of Pelvic Health and Women's Health Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, graduates acquire the degree of master of science.

To have an undergraduate degree diploma in area of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation and to fulfill the application procedures of Hacettepe University, Institute of Health Sciences postgraduate programme. D.5. Qualification Requirements and Regulations

To complete the program which is at least 2 years and contains 120 ECTS credits successfully or to receive equivalent education abroad for graduating from Pelvic Health and Women's Health Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation postgraduate program with thesis. Students must choose at least 60 ECTS credits and with compulsory courses; It is required to complete 60 ECTS credits from the thesis study, to successfully complete the courses in accordance with the provisions of Hacettepe University Graduate Education and Examination Regulations, to provide at least 2.50 overall academic average, and to successfully conclude the thesis study and defense. In this program, physiotherapists who are able to carry out and develop their clinical and academic studies at the level of expertise in fields specialized in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in Pelvic Health and Women's Health are trained. Graduates of the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in Pelvic Health and Women's Health science specialization program are skilled in supporting and guiding the society, supporting participation in physical activity, improving the functions and improving the quality of life in the light of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation-specific measurements in Pelvic Health and Women's Health. Physiotherapists graduated from this program can work in physiotherapy, rehabilitation and exercise clinics for children and adults, departments of public and private hospitals, which provide preventive, treatment and rehabilitative services in our country and abroad, in matters related to pelvic health and women's health. They works in the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation departments of universities and can work as a lecturer and manager.

D.14. Profile of the Programme

The undergraduate program in our department consists of 120 ECTS (60 ECTS for the courses and 60 ECTS for the thesis work), including common mandatory, mandatory and elective courses and thesis work. Elective courses make up at least 25% of the program. 1/3 of the elective courses are open to other programs without preconditions. 2/3 of the elective courses Other course(s) belonging to our program are prerequisites. Students can take non-departmental elective courses as well as in-departmental elective courses.
