Course objectiveAims and objectives of this course is to have students to learn the following concepts and gain some skills in the effect and control of training load to the organism; how the training monitoring and strain and some wellness measures can influence the training effect, and how the influence would change by different organization of training.  
Learning outcomes
  1. Control of training load and its effects to the organism
  2. How effective is the training planning?
  3. How different organization and planning of training would change or alter the training influence
  4. Learning and understanding of load monitoring.
Course ContentIt contains load monitoring and quantification of load, session RPE, strain, wellness tests.
