Course objectiveTo examine the responsibility of the administration in terms of definition and legal basis, to give information about the reasons causing the responsibility and the types of responsibility, to introduce special categories of administrative responsibility. 
Learning outcomes
  1. - To comprehend the administrative responsibility and the financial responsibility status of the personnel with legal separation points. - To clarify the legal objectives to which the regulation of administrative responsibility is directed. - To introduce the administration's status in terms of fault responsibility responsibility without fault types - Learning administrative case law
Course ContentTo make analysis within the framework of case studies reflected in practice with doctrinal opinions developed within the scope of administrative responsibility
