Course objective | The aim of the course is to introduce to the students the fundamental theories on first and second language acquisition and to make them be aware of and evaluate the research carried out on first and second language acquisition. | |||||

Course Content | The course covers the comparative analysis of the theories concerning first and second language acquisition. It includes issues as phases of language acquisition and development. Moreover, these issues will also be taken into consideration in the context of sign languages. | |||||
