Course objectiveTransferring special knowledge and experience from advisor to PhD students in the scientific field of the advisor, defining problems on thesis or thesis related subjects by PhD student. PhD student will master the literature on the subject and prepare a literature review that will capture the definition and significance of the problem for at least one of the selected research topics.  
Learning outcomes
  1. Student completing the course; Determines the research subjects in the field related to his/her thesis,
  2. Searches the literature on those subjects.
  3. Evaluates the acquired literature.
  4. Knows scientific writing rules.
  5. Knows the parts and the contents of a scientific article.
  6. Writes scientific research articles and/or literature reviews in the field related to his/her thesis.
Course ContentPhD student determines research subjects with his/her advisor, conducts detailed reading and discussions on those subjects and complies them.
