Course objectiveTo teach the concept of personaliy and types of it, characteristics of personal rights, offence of personal rights, abuse of personal rights by publicity, protection of personal rights, concept of personal data, national and international documents related to personal data, protection of personal data in Constitution, protection of personal data in criminal law, protection of personal data in private law.

  1. Students learn to protect personality and personal rights by discussing international documents related to personal data protection
