Learning outcomes
  1. In this course, ? The definition, types and history of international crimes ? The principle of legality and other principles about international crimes ? The ad hoc tribunals before the establishment of the ICC. ? The characteristics of ruling of the ICC will be discussed.
Course ContentThe purpose of the International Crimes and ICC course is; gaining general knowledge of the principles; understanding the structure of ICC and having a general understanding of its rulings.
