Course objectiveUnderstanding speech, language and feding disorders in individuals with cerebral palsy, learning assessment and intervention methods.

  1. 1. Knows neurodevelopmental processes associated with speech, language and feeding in children. 2. Knows the features and types of cerebral palsy, 3. Knows speech, language and feding disorders in cerebral palsy. 4. Knows saliva control problems and management. 5. Knows the effect of respiratuar control problems on speech and swallowing. 6. Knows neurodevelopmental treatment tecniques. 7. Knows Augmentative alternative communication systems for individuals with cerebral palsy.
