Course objectiveMain objective is to teach project management and its tools and techniques and equipping students with the project preparation knowledge and skills. 
Learning outcomes
  1. Students can explain all project management related concepts, can prepare a project proposal and manage the entire project, can manage time, risk, quality, scope, human resources, and can use all sorts of PM tools and techniques. They know and apply project preparation and management process.
