Course objectiveThe aim of the course is to provide understanding and comprehension the importance of economic criminal law ; to present a practical and a theoretical knowledge in order to analyze economic crimes and main notions of economic criminal law. 
Learning outcomes
  1. In this course, the student, - Learns the notion of an economic crime - Finds out the characteristics of economic crimes
  2. - Identifies differences of economic crimes from other crimes - Analyses economic crimes defined Turkish Criminal Code
  3. - Analyses economic crimes defined in acts laws other then Turkish Criminal Code - Determines sanctions implemented to economic crimes
Course ContentIn this course the notion of economic crime, characteristics of economic crimes and the types of economic crimes shall be discussed.
