Course objectiveThe aim of this course is to teach importance of psychomotor approaches in the treatment of diseases besides Western medicine, to teach these therapies to society, health professionals and students; to gain knowledge and skill in general overview of complementary therapies, reiki, relaxation methods, yoga, Tai chi, breath techniques, pranic healing, and personal development. 
Learning outcomes
  1. The student who finishes this course, gains a new perspective for healthy living.
  2. Comprehends the place for psychomotor approaches in health care.
  3. Defines correct breath taking in treatment.
  4. Defines basic characteristics of energy techniques.
Course ContentPsychomotor approaches, energy techniques, breath taking techniques, meditations and applications including exercise forms, yoga, Tai chi, pranic healing and other techniques, therapy environment and advising.
