Course objectiveThis course aims to discuss and define links between culture and language to enable cultural awareness in language learning, produce the relation between language and culture and create the link between learning language and culture. Examine the code, attitude and behavior that make easier the learning Turkish by transitivity ties between cultures in teaching Turkish as foreign language. 
Learning outcomes
  1. At the end of this course the students will be able to; Produce links between culture and language and learn the importance of culture in acquisition of language,
  2. Learn the importance of cultural transitivity codes in teaching Turkish. .
  3. Define the strength of cultural transitivity and success these in teaching Turkish as foreign language.
Course ContentIntroducing the culture, concepts of culture, relation between language and culture, features of culture which make more easy or difficult in learning language, role of sayings and proverb in cultural transmission and effect on learning language, use of writing and verbal culture in teaching Turkish as foreign language.
