Course objectiveThe aim of this course is to make the students understand psychosocial factors in occupational psychology and the relation of psychosocial factors and work life and gain knowledge about the relation of work organization, organizational behaviour and health  
Learning outcomes
  1. At the end of this course, the students will be able to; 1. Have basic knowledge about occupational psychology, organizational behaviour and the relation of psychosocial factors and work life
  2. 2. Reach knowledge about occupational psychology and psychosocial factors by using basic resources and evaluates this knowledge
  3. 3. Know his professional role in work life about psychosocial factors as being a member of occupational health team and gain the ability for application of basic evaluations and consultation
