Course objectiveThe goal of the course is to define the concepts of individual fault and service defect; to explain the conditions of financial responsibility of administration; to identify the cases that constitute defect-free responsibility; to identify the cases where administrative responsibility is removed or reduces; to define to take an administrative action and their types; to explain action for damage and their features; to define administrative application and their features; and to explain the method of adjudication.  
Learning outcomes
  1. At the end of this course learner; Will be able to define the concept of service defect and identify the cases that are considered service defects, compares service defect and individual fault, identifies the cases that constitute defect-free responsibility, explains the conditions of financial responsibility of administration, identifies the cases where administrative responsibility is removed or reduces.
  2. Will be able to tell to take an administrative action and their types tells to take actions categorizes actions in adjudication explains nulltity suits and their features explains action for damage and their features tells administrative application and their features
  3. defines the concept of executive stoppage explains necessary provisions for executive stoppage explains the affiliation and seperation of administrative actions identifies the qualities of damage which is needed responsibility of administration
  4. Will be able to explain the method of adjudication lists the sources of adjudication method explains the features of adjudication method tells the parties in administrative actions explain the durations of taking actions identifies provisions concerning format of an action
