Course objectiveDiscussion of the problems related to judicial review of the administration and developing solutions for an efficient control mechanism.  
Learning outcomes
  1. At the end of this course, the student; 1. will be able to define the scope of administrative jurisdiction duties a. explains the term ?administrative function? b. explains the administrative cases left to the ordinary and the administrative courts with their measures
  2. 2. explains the limits of the administrative jurisdiction review a. discusses the term ?review of administrative discretion? b. describes the acts excluded from judicial review
  3. 3. will be able to explain whether (or not) administrative cases provide an efficent control by making comparisons among them a. discusses the capabilities and limits of the action for annulment b. discusses the capabilites and practical limits of ?administrative action for damages?
  4. 4. will be able to define the problems resulting from the methods of administrative jurisdiction a. explains admissible proceedings in administrative jurisdiction b. discusses problems related to admissible proceedings in administrative jurisdiction
Course ContentIn this course actual problems of administrative jurisdiction will be analyzed through a special concern on actual subjects and court decisions
