Course objectiveThe objective of this course is to give the student a general understanding of institutional structure of international human rights protection and the governing rules of public international law wit special emphasis to international courts and tribunals 
Learning outcomes
  1. At the end of this course the students shall: 1- acquire the knowledge of institutional structure and competence of international human rights protection mechanisms 2- acquire thegeneral principles of governing rules of public international law arising from both customary international law, ius cogens and treaty law 3- understand the impacts of public international law on international courts and tribunals.
