Course objectiveThe aim of this course is to 1) Provide students knowledge about contemporary concepts and statistical techniques that can be used in organizational behavior and management. 2)Provide students knowledge about multivariate statistics techniques. 
Learning outcomes
  1. Upon the completion of the course sessions, students will be able to; Explain the difference between multivariate statistics techniques and other statistics techniques.
  2. Explain the difference between multivariate statistics techniques and other statistics techniques.
  3. Enter data set to statistics program and make it ready for analysis
  4. List the differences between exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, apply these analyses and evaluate results.
  5. Know the assumptions and limitations of multiple regression analyses, apply this analysis and evaluate results
  6. Discuss the types of variance analyses, apply these analyses and evaluate results
