Course objectiveThis course aims to help students have knowledge on views of sociologists and social scientists along with theories and approaches on daily life. Moreover, it has an aim to understand the structures of daily life of historical periods both in Turkey and other Turkish geographies and the transitions experiences in these places. 
Learning outcomes
  1. Make connections between current different approaches and theories and historical and social processes and solely discuss these approaches within that framework.
  2. Develop the skills of application and evaluation in basic methodological approaches, methods and research methods in social sciences.
