Course Content | 1. Discuss basic principles of immunohistochemistry and to determine the antibodies to be used for the research planned 2. To determine the best fixation technique according to the antigen to be demonstrated (soft tissues, blood smears, culture cells etc.) 3. Performing immunostaining both on frozen and paraffin embedded samples 4. To determine the suitable chromogen 5. To examine the immunostained techniques under microscope 6. To evaluate the reaction on sections 7. To perform Double-labeling techniques 8. To perform Pre- and post-embedding techniques at EM level 9. To perform immunogold technique | |||||
