Course objectiveThe main objective of this course is to comprehend the relation of literature and music, meaning and expression in the frame of text and music; to probe the interactions between writers, composer- performers and musical creations; to examine its roles and functions of literature and music in the process of creation and performance within the context of social and cultural occasions in Turkish culture.  
Learning outcomes
  1. The Students Comprehend the relation of literature and music.
  2. They explain the relation between meaning and expression in the frame of text and music.
  3. They probe the interactions between writers, composer- performers and musical creations
  4. They examine the roles and functions of literature and music in the process of creation and performance within the context of social and cultural occasions in Turkish culture.
