Course objectiveStudent received this course gains wide and current knowledge in the field of clinic education; skills and competence related to planning and applying comprehensive perioperative care of surgical patient; assessing and saving the impact of applied care; commenting for create new information combining information from different disciplines with have information; making analysis and synthesis using different research methods; grasping and using an interdisciplinary team approach; the responsibility to fulfill undertake tasks in student's clinical practice. 
Learning outcomes
  1. Explain knowledge in expertise level in the field of Surgical Nursing based on the undergraduate level qualifications.
  2. Assesses and saves the impact of applied care, plan and apply a comprehensive perioperative care of surgical patient with a holistic and systematic approach using theoretically, evidence-based and practical knowledge level of expertise in the field of Surgical Nursing.
  3. Grasp and use an interdisciplinary team approach.
  4. Comments for create new information combining information from different disciplines with information in the field of Surgical Nursing and makes analysis and synthesis using different research methods.
  5. Sets oral and written communication using at least one foreign language.
  6. The responsibility to fulfill undertake tasks in student?s clinical practice (teaching nursing intervention, being role models and communicate to student).
Course ContentThe course includes topics about education, aims and principles of clinical education, basic characteristics of clinical teacher, structuring suitable learning environment in clinical environment, expected behavioral changes from the student in clinical teaching, interactive education methods, effective useful of care plan in clinic, evaluation of the student in clinical teaching, solutions of them and problems faced in clinical teaching, researches related to clinical teaching in nursing, share of student experiences related to clinical teaching.
