Course objectiveThe purpose of this course is to thoroughly examine adult abnormal behavior along with their various treatment interventions.  
Learning outcomes
  1. At the end of this course students will be able to; ? Able to identify factors affecting history and treatment/attitudes toward mental health ? Able to conduct mental status examination and diagnostic interviews ? Able to conceptualize client behaviors into diagnostic classifications ?
  2. Able to evaluate treatment models/approaches/techniques used for adult psychopathology ? Able to effectively partake roles in team work related to treatment of psychopathology within the ethical and professional boundaries the counseling profession
