Course objectiveThis course aims to show the characteristics and developmental distinctions of gifted children and and also to show the perspectives on identification and education of these children. 
Learning outcomes
  1. In this course, it is aimed to gain to be able to identify the distinguishing sides of gifted children, able to know their developmental properties, able to apply the diagnoses procesess, able to plan and assess educational programs and counseling services; able to solve the problems that child and the family faced with.
Course ContentIdentification of gifted, their characteristics and types of giftedness, developmental feature of the gifted, process of identification, educational models, teachers and families of the gifted and the social-emotional difficulties they experience
