Course objectiveThis course aims to explore the principles of organizational development and change with case studies from different organizational psychology areas.  
Learning outcomes
  1. Define basic principles and concepts of organizational development and change.
  2. Apply principles of organizational development principles and concepts in leadership case studies.
  3. Apply principles of organizational development principles and concepts in recruitment case studies.
  4. Apply principles of organizational development principles and concepts in performance appraisal case studies.

Course ContentThis course covers basic principles of organizational development and change, case studies in leadership, recruitment, performance appraisal, mentoring and consultation and, new trends in organizational development and change.
