Course objectiveThis course aims to develop knowledge and practical skills about conducting research and writing emprical papers.  
Learning outcomes
  1. Summarize the history of research methods in I/O Psychology.
  2. Conduct reliability and validity analysis in I/O Psychology.
  3. Discuss the pros and cons of and qualitative analysis.
  4. Conduct power analysis.
  5. Compare data gathering methods.
  6. Write empirical articles with APA style.
  7. Choose proper analysis technique for a given research hypothesis.
