Course objective | The main objective of this course is to introduce the basic terms, concepts and approaches of Turkish folk music; examine the leading and contemporary studies on Turkish folk music and analyze the meaning, functions, stuctural and performative characteristics of turkish folk music in the context of culture and folk music relationship. | |||||
