Course objectiveThe aim of the course is to teach the differences between text and discourse; to introduce some approaches for discourse analysis and to make students research in the related area.  
Learning outcomes
  1. Differentiate discourse from text,
  2. Recognize linguistic elements that constitute discourse,
  3. Understand how these elements articulate, formation conditions,
  4. Recognize the area of discourse analysis.
