Course objectiveThis course aims to provide information related with Human Resource Management basic concepts, techniques and practices in public and private sector and explain especially HRM importance in public sector. 
Learning outcomes
  1. Learns the strategic importance of HRM and legal regulations about HRM.
  2. Learns the processes of HRM.
  3. Learns ethics, justice and fair treatment in HRM.
Course ContentThe course content includes the issues such as the human resource importance, management, planning, processes of management, developing, training and also importance of HRM issues in public sector.
