Course objectiveThe aim of this course is to discuss the meaning and content of the concept of public service and the change has occured at national and international levels. 
Learning outcomes
  1. Learns the meaning and content of the concept of public service.
  2. Learns legal-administrative regime of public services.
  3. Obtains skills to analyse the change has occured at national and international levels.
Course ContentThe definition and types of public service, legal regime of public services, the principles of public service, the establishment and abolishment of public services, the running methods of public services; and the change has occured in public service as a fundamental concept and value of public administration and continued at national and international levels.
