Course objectiveThe aim of this course is to research the topics discussed in the field of Constitutional Law at both national and international levels, to identify the issues, and to propose solutions through in-depth research on these problems. 
Learning outcomes
  1. Gains the knowledge of constitutional issues.
  2. Generates solutions to current problems using different approaches.
Course ContentExamination of world constitutions in the context of constitutional movements, changes in constitutions, Turkish constitutional history and Turkish constitutions, the new constitution process, and constitutional issues in Turkey and the world.
