Course objectiveThe aim of this course is to provide the students with the preparation of a seminar on current trends in cultural studies. 
Learning outcomes
  1. By the end of the course, the students will,
  2. - be able to participate in current debates in the field of cultural studies.
  3. - be able to relate certain concepts such as intercultural communication, multicultural, and multiculturalism and will be able to problematize the cases in the focus of these issues.
  4. - gain a perspective regarding the relationship between theory of culture and its practice through a small-scaled field work research which constitutes a testing ground for these conceptual disc
