Course objectiveThe objective of this course is to discuss the concepts, theories, approaches within organizational behaviour in health institutions; to examine related researches and applications in health institutions. 
Learning outcomes
  1. At the end of the course, students are expected to acquire skills about examining, interpreting, comparing and evaluating organizational behaviour and applications in health institutions.
Course ContentIndividuals, individual behaviors and organizational behaviour, values, attitudes, perceptions, job satisfaction, organisational commitment and job involvement, motivation theories and applications, groups and teams, communication, leadership, conflict management, stress management, change and development, organizational culture in health institutions are the topics of this course.
