Course Content | Definition and purpose of epidemiyology, brief history of epidemiology, uses of epidemiology, quantitative measures, a variety of qualitative measures, a variety of qualitative measures such as mortality and birth, observational research methods (descriptive and analytical ? ecological, case-control, prevalance, incidance), experimental research methods (randomize clinical trials, field trials, community trials) and application of concepts, measures and techniques used in epidemiology to managerial functions of planning, organizing, leading and controlling. | |||||
