Course objectiveThe objective of this course is to discuss the concepts, functions, techniques, methods, approaches within the scope of human resources management in health institutions; to examine related researches and applications in health institutions. 
Learning outcomes
  1. At the end of the course, students are expected to acquire skills about examining, interpreting, comparing and evaluating human resource management and applications in health institutions.
Course ContentHealthcare Human Resource Management structures, job analysis and design, manpower planning, recruit and selection, training, performance appraisal, career management, job evaluation, compensation practices, employee retention and information systems are the topics of this course.
