Course objectiveThe aim of this course is to put into place the social factors as the main determinants of health, gain the ability to analyze and assess the relationship among social factors, health, disease, health services and medicine with a sociological perspective. 
Learning outcomes
  1. Basicallylearning outcomes of this course compose of (1) can be definedthe concept ofhealthand society

  3. (3) can be analyzed and assessed community/social determinants of health.
Course ContentGenerally, content of health and society course consist of issues health, diseases and community definitions and theories, explanations and approaches of health and illness, factors affecting health, social determinants of health and analysis of health with community relations in a conceptual framework.
