Learning outcomes
  1. Explain the strategic management process, stakeholders, corporate mission and vision.
  2. Have a capacity to think strategically about a company, its business position, how it can gain sustainable competitive advantage, and how its strategy can be implemented and executed successfully.
  3. Implement various techniques to identify industry opportunities and threats, external and internal (SWOT) analysis
  4. Gain experience in crafting business strategy, reasoning carefully about strategic options, evaluating action alternatives, and making sound strategic decisions
  5. Identify the managerial tasks associated with implementing and executing company strategies
  6. Identify the issues in designing organizational structure, control system, and implementing strategic change
