Course objectiveTo discuss effects of Turkish national culture on entrepreneurship and organizational culture. 
Learning outcomes
  1. At the end of the course the student will be able to; explain the formation of Turkish national culture.
  2. Decribe the concept of entrepreneurship.
  3. Discuss Turkish national culture in terms of entrepreneurship.
  4. Identify the elements of an organizational culture.
  5. Discuss the relation between the national culture and organizational culture.
  6. Compare Turkish entrepreneurship with Western and Asian entrepneurships.
Course ContentFormation of Turkish national identity, the social and historical elements of Turkish culture, national culture and organizational culture, the concept of entrepreneurship, historical background of Turkish entrepreneurship.
