Course objectiveThe aim of this course is to examine development of the theory of information society, and public organizations in a knowledge society environment. This course contains topics such as the impact of information technologies on organization development, organizational culture, organizational effectiveness, total quality management, public information system, and administration of the Internet. 
Learning outcomes
  1. learn the effects of information society and e-government on governments,
  2. learn the technologies applied to different areas and functions in government,
  3. learn the ability to compare different technologies applied in government .
