Course objectiveThis course is aimed to gain information and skills to students about assisted reproductive techniques to obtain the basic conceptual and theoretical knowledge, to planning and implementation counseling services to couples and role and responsibilities of health professionals during assisted reproductive techniques process.  
Learning outcomes
  1. 1.Defines basic conceptual and theoretical knowledge in infertility and assisted reproductive techniques
  2. 2.Knows physiological, psychosocial and economic impact of infertility and assisted reproductive techniques on couples
  3. 3.Follows technological and scientific developments about infertility and assisted reproductive diagnosis and treatment in Turkey and world
  4. 4.Knows that the legal regulation of assisted reproductive techniques, aware of problems related to ethical issues
  5. 5.Defines roles and responsibilities of health professionals in assisted reproduction techniques
  6. 6.Establishes collaboration with team members in assisted reproductive unit, acts as a professional profession
  7. 7.Make counseling services about cope with this crisis period to couples who undergo infertility and assisted reproductive techniques process
