D.9. Key Learning Outcomes

1. PhD students will be able to follow the international level scientific publications, apply this information in their study, be highly capable of understand the scientific basics and follow the latest scientific developments very well.

2. They are capable of reaching out to all the resources concerning the study and aware of recent developments, have a scientific critical look at the works in neuroscience field(could examine national or international journal papers at the level of a scientific referee and write a scientific report with their ideas clearly stated).These skills are assessed in the literature research and seminar courses.

3. They have the ability to find solutions with original methods and ideas to the scientific problem. Thesis progress reports and thesis dissertation will be used to assess whether these skills are obtained or not.

4. At the end, the PhD will acquire scientific leadership features in the field of neuroscience.

5. Could produce a joint project with other researchers in the field of neuroscience or other areas, conduct a project from beginning to end, establish their own scientific group, transfer knowledge and skills to the beginners.

6. Critically evaluates the data obtained. In this purpose, should criticize the scientific papers represented in the literature research course and suggest original solutions.

7. Could develop notable laboratory applications in the field of neuroscience.

8. PhD will acquire some skills and features to be an independent researcher and a qualified educator at the end of the program.

9. PhD will be capable of developing and implementing new methods in the field of interest.
