Course objectiveThe main aim of this course is training of the students on the basic principles of statistics and evaluation and presentation of experimental results and data by various programs such as Origin, Curefit, Peakfit, Excel, Minitap.

  1. Students satisfactorily completing the course will acquire the basic and advanced information for the 1. Data description methods i.e. statistical criteria, charting 2. Statistical inference i.e. confidence intervals, hypothesis tests 3. Data analysis i.e. regression and time series analysis 4. The meaning linear and non?linear cure fit 5. Presentation of experimental results by graphical drawing software?s
