Alumnae who complete this program will be able to implement an investigation special to Pelvic Health and Women's Health Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation area independently, comment with a broader and deeper perspective of scientific events and determined the necessary steps to achieve for accessing new methods and applications. He/she will be able to have high-level skills acquired in education and research to his/her national and international clinical and academic works. Alumnae who are graduated from Pelvic Health and Women's Health Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Program will be awarded with the qualification of Philosophy of Doctorate (PhD).Â

To have a Master of Science degree diploma in the area of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation and Pelvic Health and Women?s Health Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation

To graduate from Pelvic Health and Women?s Health Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation program, the student should complete at least 8 half-years and should contain 240 ECTS credits successfully or should receive an equivalent education from abroad in the field of Pelvic Health and Women?s Health Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation doctorate program.
To be fulfilled requirements which stated in Article 33 and Article 34 of Hacettepe University Post-Graduate Education-Teaching and Examinations Regulation for PhD qualification program.Â
To be successful in the proficiency exam. The Academic Council of the Department should approve the thesis proposal.
To be fulfilled the Hacettepe University Institute of Health Sciences? Thesis Evaluation and Education Requirements; the majority of the jury during defense of the thesis, is required.
To be graduated from Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation or Pelvic Health and Women?s Health Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Master of Science program or an equivalent degree from abroad/international institutions.Â
The aim of Pelvic Health and Women?s Health Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Philosophy of Doctorate program is to educate the alumnae on the field of having high-level skills acquired in education and research in his/her national and international clinical and academic works, applying Pelvic Health and Women?s Health physiotherapy and rehabilitation methods according to their national demands, performing an investigation independently, applying the evidence based information and methods to the benefit of humanity, contributing to the national policy on their field. Also the aim of this program is to raise an informed, enlightened, adequate and competed scientist.Â
Alumnae who complete this program will be able to perform and develop clinical and academic research in Pelvic Health and Women?s Health Physiotherapy and rehabilitation field. Physiotherapists who are graduated from Pelvic Health and Women?s Health Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation doctorate program will be able to give information and orientation about rehabilitation strategies to the public, able to contribute to the national and international political strategies, able to support the participation to the physical activities, able to transfer the academic and clinical information and able to increase the health quality in light of specific Pelvic Health and Women?s Health physiotherapy and  rehabilitation assessment and applications.Â
Pelvic Health and Women?s Health Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation program contains 240 ECTS credits including the compulsory, elective courses and thesis study. Students are able to get courses related to their area from different programs.
