1. To be able to approach the theories or applications related to the field of education and information technologies with scientific and high-level thinking skills

2. To be able to use the basic concepts and principles of education and information technologies at the level of expertise in the field.

3. To be able to follow current researches and applications related to Information Technologies in Education and reflect them to their studies

4. Eğitimde Bilişim teknolojilerinin yayılımının ve öğrenme öğretme süreçlerine entegrasyonunun nasıl sağlanabileceği konusunda kuramları temel alarak çözüm önerileri geliştirebilme bu konuda kurumlara rehberlik edebilme.

5. To be able to analyze and report studies on designing, developing and disseminating e-learning environments based on learning-teaching theories

6. Teknolojinin insan yaşamına etkileriyle ilgili sosyal, psikolojik, eğitsel ve bilişsel değişkenleri temel alan kuram ve modellerden hareket ederek var olan uygulamaları değerlendirebilme

7. To be able to exhibit behavior by being aware of the rules of professional ethics

8. Establishing and evaluating the relationship between Turkey's ICT vision, strategic goals and action plans and existing theories and models in the field from a critical perspective

9. To be able to master common themes and concepts such as abstraction, complexity, security, concurrency, software processes, and to apply their expertise in the effective design, development and management of information systems.

10. To be able to analyze any technical or scientific problem independently and present the best possible solution; to have good enough communication skills to explain the integrity of the solution and to clearly explain the assumptions made.
