1. Knows the general symptomology of urological tumors, can diagnose and apply medical and surgical treatment.

2. Can interpret the urogenital imaging methods (computed tomography,ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging), has the ability to perform transrectal ultrasound and flexible cystoscopy.

3. Knows the basic principles of urooncological surgical procedures and has the ability to perform most of them.

4. Always follows the ethical principles during the diagnosis and treatment process.

5. Knows the basic principles of performing a scientific research; can lead a scientific study from planning to performing/presenting and publication.

6. Can administrate the urooncology unit of an urology clinic by him/herself.

7. Can educate residents and medical students on urooncology if he/she is assigned in a teaching hospital.
