Course objectiveTo ensure students learn place of Turkish history of medicine into the evolutionary development of medicine, and gain awareness of identity of physician in Turkish history of medicine

  1. 1. Appreciate place and importance of Turkish history of medicine in world history
  2. 2. Discuss characteristics of Anatolian medicine and reflections of current medicine
  3. 3. Explain distinguished Turkish physicians and contribution of world history of medicine
  4. 4. Explain and discuss why and how Turkish health organization has been changed and affect social policies
