Course objectiveThe students are expected to evaluate innovations in technology, their adoption process and variables in that process by establishing relationship between theory and model in educational context, and to analyze probable effects of that process on society with a critical viewpoint.
Learning outcomes
  1. 1. To be able to explain adoption process of innovations in educational context based on theories and models.
  2. 2. To be able to model effects of technological innovations in Turkey on education and society by taking into account existing implementations
  3. 3. To be able to reveal variables which have a role in adoption process of technological innovations peculiar to culture, technology and context
