Course objective The aim of this course is to teach; 1. Definitions related to environment and environmental health 2. Principles of environmental health 3. Relation between health and environment 4. Causes, sources and measures of important environmental problems (water-air-soil pollution) and related regulations  
Learning outcomes
  1. At the end of this course the student will;
  2. 1. Know the definitions of environment and environmental health; and principles of environmental health
  3. 2. Explain the relationship between environment and health
  4. 3. State the topics of environmental health
  5. 4. Know the causes, sources and measures of important environmental problems (water-air-soil pollution) and related regulations
  6. 5. Evaluate the basic environmental health problems and prepare a report.
Course ContentThis course includes;
1. basic concepts of environment and environmental health,
2. significance of environmental health and implementation areas,
3. measures related to environmental health.
